ABOUT BNA

Brooklyn Nurses Association was founded in October 2016 by a tenacious group of nursing professionals from Brooklyn, New York, with the goal to advocate for better healthcare for the citizens of their hometown. Several months later, in the summer of 2017, the organization was incorporated. Since then the BNA has been making strides to bring information and empowerment to the citizens of Brooklyn and all boroughs within New York City.

OUR MISSION

To provide a platform for nurses where they are empowered to identify and address pertinent issues related to health care, continuing nursing education and career opportunities. The BNA will advocate for improved healthcare for the citizens of Brooklyn and educate them on chronic disease prevention and health promotion.
